Greater than one weekI loved this when I received it. I intended to save money after my Dyson broke after many years. I only have hardwood floors and even bought their backup battery. Maybe I’m the unlucky one, but it broke within a month. After contacting support and sharing review, a CSR contacted me immediately and offered refund or new one. I chose to try a new one in case I just had bad experience. I haven’t had it long enough to see if that is the case. But I wanted to update review because I was so impressed with the customer service representative who handled this. Clearly company cares for its customers to issue new machine with no hassle.

> 3 dayIf you are anything like me, you have been researching all the stick vacuums. Its overwhelming! Ive been looking for almost a year when our Dyson stick vacuum stopped working. I couldnt decide and kept delaying buying one because I didnt want to make a huge mistake! I finally said I have to get one so I held my breath and choose this one. Ive had it for about 5 weeks. I do really like it! Its not perfect. In some places, I have to vacuum slowly, like youre technically supposed to. The suction isnt super strong and it doesnt last super long. BUT... it goes seamlessly from carpet to hardwood or tile. And for all the cat owners... IT PICKS UP KITTY LITTER!! It doesnt shoot it all over your feet. Its lightweight and easy to maneuver. It empties so easily, much easier than my old Dyson. IT STANDS UP ON ITS OWN! It was so annoying trying to prop up my Dyson while I did something else. I didnt think I would care about the light but it shows me spots I missed easily or where I need to go. It gets under the bed or chairs or the couch, etc. Its much easier than the broom and I use my broom less now. I really like the extra pieces. I also like that you can keep them on the vacuum if needed. If you do keep them on it will hinder getting under tight spots. And because of the price if something happened to it, not as devastating as when the Dyson stopped working. When the Dyson would roll off the wall I propped it up on, my heart would sink as I checked it. I think it only has a clog deep in the brush holder. I have it in pieces but some of the screws are stripped and I cant quite get to it. The Dyson isnt the easiest to work on. Well, good luck with your decision! I hope this maybe helped you some.

> 3 dayThe Fabuletta cordless vacuum is a fantastic addition to any home cleaning arsenal. This vacuum has a sleek and modern design that looks great in any space. Its lightweight and easy to maneuver, making it ideal for cleaning everything from floors to upholstery and even high-up surfaces like shelves and curtains. One of the standout features of the Fabuletta cordless vacuum is its powerful suction. This vacuum easily picks up dirt, dust, and debris from even the deepest corners of your home. Plus, with its cordless design, you wont have to worry about tripping over cords or being tethered to an outlet while you clean. The battery life on this vacuum is impressive as well. You can get up to 40 minutes of continuous cleaning time on a single charge, which is more than enough to tackle most cleaning tasks. And when its time to recharge, the Fabuletta cordless vacuum charges quickly and easily. Another great feature of this vacuum is its versatility. It comes with a range of attachments and accessories, including a crevice tool, a dusting brush, and an upholstery tool. These attachments make it easy to clean all sorts of surfaces and materials, from hard floors to soft fabrics. Overall, I would highly recommend the Fabuletta cordless vacuum to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning tool. Its powerful, versatile, and easy to use, making it a must-have for any home.

> 3 dayUpdate: Company responded back stating I received a defective product and swiftly sent a replacement! They had great customer service. I contacted them via Amazon messaging but also reached out to customer service on their website and was able to get a faster reply there. Original: Loved this vacuum. It perfectly suctions hardwood, tile, and carpeting. As other reviewers have stated, the item broke after a short period of time. The screws connecting the connector to the base of the vacuum and stick portion were weak and just broke off. Tried contacting the company regarding this issue but no response has been received. I really liked this vacuum and am disappointed that a vacuum at this price was defective within 3 months. Really hoping the company will respond back or will have to contact Amazon.

> 3 dayUpdate 3/15/2023: been using this daily for 3 weeks and I love it. Still powerful. Still a quick, easy charge. I accidentally left it out and my husband knocked it over - the canister busted open. But nothing was broken and everything continued to work, so it’s not as fragile as I first feared. We got a dog very recently and this picked up all the innards of a wrecked dog stuffy toy (aka all the fluff). I had to use the cutting tool to clean out stuffing that got wrapped around the roller and it worked well. I was surprised the little dust bin was able to hold so much, though there was a noticeable reduction in suction by the last bit. I highly recommend this vacuum. Original review: Ive only used this one day, but I have some initial thoughts as I compare it to the Eureka cordless that it is replacing. This is the Eureka I was using, purchased 2/10/2021: Eureka RapidClean Pro Lightweight Cordless Vacuum Cleaner, High Efficiency Powerful Digital Motor LED Headlights, Convenient Stick and Handheld Vac, Essential, White The Fabuletta is pretty great overall. I like that it stands upright on its own. Its weird to me that this is not a common feature! The suction is great, for being a low-end cordless vacuum. My cats have clay based cat litter and this does a very good job of picking that up, rather than just kicking it around like the Eureka did. This came with a tool to both clean the filter, and hook/cut the hair that inevitably will get trapped in the roller. I havent used the tool, yet, but Im already looking forward to using this rather than pulling out the shears. The motorized head gets pretty close to the baseboards, and what it wasnt able to grab, I was able to get by using the attachments. This vacuum feels a little cheaper than the Eureka, so Im going to go easy on it as I think a good fall would probably break it. My primary use of this will be the non-carpeted surfaces in my home, but I did take a swing at my living room deep-pile carpet and low-pile area rug. It was hard to push along on carpet, but it actually did a good job. I have a 2 year old and this picked up the pretzel sticks that were under the coffee table (something the Eureka never could manage), along with the other crumbs and some small stickers. It was by no means a deep clean, but for a quick vacuum, I was not disappointed. The battery life is not great. I ran this on medium for a bit, and high for a bit, for a total of about 20 minutes and Im down to one bar of life. I did NOT notice a reduction in suction power though. My chief complaint is some of the design elements. The power button is right where I want to naturally rest my hand, so I accidentally turned it off during my first use until I adjusted my grip (to a more awkward position). Additionally, the way the filter sits in the cup is kind of strange. It doesnt really have a clear way that it should be in there. Its good that there are two because if I were to take it out to clean and leave it for a few days, Im not 100% certain I could get it back in just right. But since there are two filters included, I can just replace as needed without delay. In a straight comparison with the Eureka, the Eureka has a better overall design, but the release button for the dust cup broke and its losing suction after 2 years, and it was never as powerful as this Fabuletta. The Eureka had a slightly wider head so it covered more floor on each pass, but I was having to go over the same area twice due to poor suction (and it kicked up stuff a lot instead of sucking!), compared to the Fabuletta. I struggled to rate this machine as its not a 5 star vacuum - its simply not going to compare to the really fancy cordless machines out there. However, for the price point, its much better than the Eureka (in the same price point) that I was using. So, its a 5 star machine from that perspective, minus 1 star for the design pieces. Note: I did not get the version that includes the small hand-held motorized head or the flexible attachment, but I wish I had.

> 3 dayFirst time writing a review here..but I had to. I purchase this and it broke in less than one month I loved this lil thing, replaced my broom & vacuum & with it being cordless i can clean my car!!! That until it broke! I am a gentle user, so kinda bummed it broke so easily. The housing/connector piece on the top handle snapped into two at the base, exposing the wires. **** I understand there is a one year warranty available, waiting to hear back from the seller on next steps so I may return and receive a new vacuum. *** Amazon is very helpful ensuring the seller responds, so hopefully a response super soon!! I see others have had same problem, so perhaps the manufacturer for this will also rethink and fix the design. —day 1 update: heard back from seller, waiting next steps.

> 3 dayI dont really have any complaints. It works great. Especially for my carpet, furniture and curtains. Picks up dust, dander, pet hair and debris that my robot vacuum leaves behind. The charge was always true to manufacture info. This is a supplementary vacuum to my robot vac, not my primary. I use it every other day for 20-30 minutes. Love it! The tools are perfect for corners, sills and between cushions. Its quiet and easy to clean. BUT I purchased it June 2022. Nearly a year later and the battery is no longer working. Its been officially dead for about 1 week. Ive looked for the replacement, cant seem to find it. But i know it exists because thats why I bought it, replacement battery was a plus. Im technically still within the 1 year warranty window from the manufacturer, but I cannot find a contact/support email. I love my fabulleta and want it working again! Ill update if/when i figure things out.

> 3 dayMy husband planned on vacuuming as normal and went to lean the vacuum back to start, and when he did the whole thing snapped off of the long attachment. It wasn’t fixable, you can see in the image the plastic actually broke off from the handle attachment and it was not useable from that point. Of course I was devastated (lol) this vacuum gets lots of use in our home with a crawling baby and I’m lost without it! My husband was sure he wasn’t rough with it or anything and it just seemed to snap during use… well after looking at other reviews from previous purchasers I saw the exact same thing happened to them due to a possible bad batch! I contacted customer service through a fill-in form on their website and they got back to me quickly and sent us a new replacement part. It’s Wednesday (I contacted them Sunday) and the replacement is already here. I’m amazed, other companies need to take notes. Thanks Fabuletta!
