If the battery could just last 10 more minutes I would give 5 star. I almost gave this item a 3 star, but the suction is great and it is very easy to use. I would buy a second battery, but they are very expressive

I absolutely love this vacuum, as a relatively new mother in a relatively new big house, this made sweeping up floors significantly faster and easier. After maybe the first 6 months or so, I did have an issue with the tube attachment intermittently losing connection, but customer support was super friendly and helped me finally get to the bottom of the issue and sent me a replacement so that I can get back to using the full benefits of my favorite vacuum ever!

First time writing a review here..but I had to. I purchase this and it broke in less than one month I loved this lil thing, replaced my broom & vacuum & with it being cordless i can clean my car!!! That until it broke! I am a gentle user, so kinda bummed it broke so easily. The housing/connector piece on the top handle snapped into two at the base, exposing the wires. **** I understand there is a one year warranty available, waiting to hear back from the seller on next steps so I may return and receive a new vacuum. *** Amazon is very helpful ensuring the seller responds, so hopefully a response super soon!! I see others have had same problem, so perhaps the manufacturer for this will also rethink and fix the design. —day 1 update: heard back from seller, waiting next steps.

This is very top heavy so it’s harbfor me to vacuum dust of crown molding and blinds but another thing is the one attachment never snapped in so I accidentally left it at the hotel on the 22 nd if May and now I can’t buy another one because I was holding it in place to vacuum the litter on hotel flor and must have put the brush attachment down to empty the bin . Now I am down an attachment because it never snapped in correctly . !! You would think they would sell the attachment they send to you in case this happens!!I like the vacuum and use it daily! I would recommend

Well packed. Arrived within 8hrs. Quick charging time and great wall mount. Lighter than I thought and the accessories were smaller than the impression I was left with after viewing the photos, and that was great because they are perfect for all the tighter areas. And for those that dont like getting close and personal with bugs, this is awesome for that also (just wait until its dead to empty). Just wish the suction was just a little better.

Vacuum suction is good but the wheels are small. You might have to lift vacuum to move from rug to rug. I really like how it stands upright and you dont need a stand

I love all the different attachments for use with the same base. I use it several times a day, inside and also to clean out the van. It’s lightweight so my boys enjoy helping vacuum and do so willingly. I can definitely get places that I couldn’t with my old one. It’s also pretty quiet, so I don’t worry about waking the baby. I wish the run time was long since I have to charge it every day, but I should also probably just not clean THAT much. I think the run time is accurate as advertised.

This vacuum is just what our household needed for our laminate floors! I love how easily I can vacuum up the dog hair. Its lightweight, yet durable. I will say, I used it to vacuum out my car and vacuumed up a pretzel without knowing it. After that, the Hepa light came on every time I used the wand attachment. I thought the vacuum just couldnt handle being tilted a certain way. I even thought I needed new filters so I order a pack of six. When I contacted customer service they were prompt and very kind. Just check if something got stuck in your wand attachment if the Hepa light comes on.
