After trying a few cordless, lightweight vacuums, my expectations grew rather low before trying this one. I was very happy for several months using this, did everything I needed, and the battery lasted long enough to get through the whole day and then some with several messy children. The suction isn’t crazy strong but gets all the little stuff on the hardwood and seems to do a pretty OK job on the carpet. It doesn’t replace fully corded/heavy vacuum, but does a great job for daily use. Even better, when a little part broke, the customer service went above and beyond in shipping replacement part for free and helped a lot with troubleshooting. I would buy again purely for the great service I received, but the good product makes it even sweeter.

Purchased this vacuum end of April and loved it, suction worked wonderfully, the attachments were great as well, and the battery held charge very well. Very easy to clean and remove dirt and hair, and worked great on carpet, rugs, hardwood floor etc. Only downfall was that the handheld part where the dirt collects and it connects to the stick snapped for some odd reason, I wonder if I just got a weak one, was very sad. Went to their official website to contact customer support. They got back to me within 24 hours, sent them some pictures and some product info and within 12 hours they had sent me info on my replacement, AWESOME! Was so happy with their product even though it did break, when a company has this great of customer service i’ll continue to purchase their products.

So far this vacuum works well. It is lightweight and pretty quiet when running. The default suction power is medium, and you can press a button on the battery to change it to high, low or back to medium. The battery life on medium setting is decent, and I would say it lasts about 30-40 minutes depending on what flooring type you are vacuuming (carpet, tile, wood). I purchased an extra battery so I would have enough battery power to clean my whole 3200 sqft home. I did notice that if I try to charge the battery right after using it for 30+ minutes, the battery will not charge until it cools off for awhile. Which is not a problem since I have a second battery to use in the meantime. Overall, this is a decent vacuum for the price, and works as well as the more expensive name brand cordless vacuums.

*UPDATE 06/15/2023* Reached out to the manufacturer through the Amazon order page; VERY quick response (within 30 minutes) and they’re sending me a replacement vacuum. Assuming i actually receive it, we’ll see how long the replacement lasts. Hopefully they’ve addressed the problem that has so many of these vacuums breaking apart. This little cordless electric broom was great for nightly quick kitchen floor cleanup… UNTIL IT FELL APART barely 3.5 months after purchase. The entire powered handle unit literally snapped off in my son’s hand as he was using it; the plastic connections inside that hold the motor to the stick portion broke right apart. “Return and support windows closed” so now I’ve got a useless piece of junk that didn’t even survive for 4 months and I can’t get my money back. Consider your options before purchasing this one… you get what you pay for, I guess.

I love in a decently sized one bedroom with hardwood floors and some carpeting. When fully charged, I can easily vacuum my entire place. However, it does take long to charge and doesn’t have the strongest suction, but I love that it’s cordless and easy to maneuver. For the price, it’s certainly worth it as it gets the job done.

This vacuum is just what our household needed for our laminate floors! I love how easily I can vacuum up the dog hair. Its lightweight, yet durable. I will say, I used it to vacuum out my car and vacuumed up a pretzel without knowing it. After that, the Hepa light came on every time I used the wand attachment. I thought the vacuum just couldnt handle being tilted a certain way. I even thought I needed new filters so I order a pack of six. When I contacted customer service they were prompt and very kind. Just check if something got stuck in your wand attachment if the Hepa light comes on.

This works great in our house of hardwood floors. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats, and this works well! Usually I have to dump it out a couple times. It doesnt really suck anything up bigger than a dime, which can be a little frustrating, but it is a smaller vacuum. Great overall.

So I have had this a while, using for it for a few weeks/month maybe, long enough to form a reliable opinion about this. So I love to vacuum. Love it. I work a lot and have two cats so I vacuum a lot. I got this in hopes it would cut down on my heavy, corded shark vacuum (that I LOVE) and would help me in between cleaning up. It’s cordless and really doesn’t take much time to charge and stands upright on its own. What I’ve noticed it isn’t extrmelyyyy powerful. I love the LED light as I can see the hair and other lovely things I’m sucking up with it but when I’m done with it, the floors don’t have that just cleaned look. It’s Definitely not a replacement for another vacuum, for me at least. When I make a mess in the kitchen before work I can do a little clean up but the floors don’t look completely finished up clean if you know what I mean. I also run it in the bathroom before I leave to get up hair and makeup and of course ANIMAL HAIR but again, it’s an “until I can clean, clean up” so. I do really like it and will continue to use it. Obviously. And I don’t know if this is what’s out there as far as suction and performance. It’s my first cordless one I decided to get to help me in between and be able to vacuum more. Yay. Anyway, I just got done using it and thought I’m ready to give my opinion since using it in all my situations and household instances I needed it for. It’s better using it then not using it. If that makes any sense. It just doesn’t leave the floors super clean and doesn’t pick up every last thing I imagined in my mind it would. It’s a solid 3.5-4 stars to me. And maybe cordless stick vacuums in this price range do exactly this and in that case it is what it should be. I just cant settle on the fact that there’s not another one out there capable of powerful, satisfying cleaning similar to a powerful and strong heavy plugged in vacuum cleaner.

I absolutely love this vacuum, as a relatively new mother in a relatively new big house, this made sweeping up floors significantly faster and easier. After maybe the first 6 months or so, I did have an issue with the tube attachment intermittently losing connection, but customer support was super friendly and helped me finally get to the bottom of the issue and sent me a replacement so that I can get back to using the full benefits of my favorite vacuum ever!

For the price, you probably won’t find a better vacuum; however, this vacuum will not change your life. You’ll need to spend $600-$1,000 for that. I can use it for a fraction of the time it takes with my more expensive cordless vac. I can do our living room thoroughly and it takes up over half the battery. It will pick up your carpeted areas, but it doesn’t freshen up the carpet (meaning, it’s not powerful enough to move the carpet fibers to keep the carpet “alive” for longer As said before, it’s the best you’ll get for the price. But I would definitely recommend having a powerful backup for carpet. This is great for my day to day needs on hardwood with dog hair and kid crumbs.
