The finish was nice but the screws took some force to get in. If I had a thread chaser handy I could have cleaned up the holes to make them much easier to thread in. But once I screwed both in once off of the door and then backed them out they threaded back in again with no problem. If the manufacturer kept debris out of the holes while applying the finish this wouldnt be an issue. Overall my customer was happy with the final product though.

Purchased two of these and both had the same annoying problems! One of the two holes that accepts the screws is too shallow by one to two turns of the screw so I couldn’t snug the pull to the door. The local hardware stores didn’t carry a black screw that would work. Finally solved the issue by adding a very thin washer between the pull and the decorative round piece (see photo) at one end. Also the back plate had a slight warp on both units. I recommend looking for another product unless you enjoy a 10 minute install turning in to hours and two trips the the hardware store. These are sturdy and look good. My antique storm door used as a barn door in the basement looks great but not the simple job I’d hoped! Photos show the slight added washer, slight warp of the back plate and the finished door.

This is a follow replacement review. When it has been qcd before shipping it works! It was smooth easy to place because the holes were predrilled. Customer service was top notch and the replacement came in std shipping time. Pleased with the quality of the product. It is heavy and aesthetically pleasing.

Good quality

Custom built a barn door for the entry to the bathroom and wanted a handle big enough and sturdy enough to handle the door. Was a little worried about the back plate but fit in nicely and I was overthinking it too much. Very easy to install and wish I had more options for barn doors in the house as I would use this product again and again.

i have a pocket door and it fit great on the door and it is black and all my appliances are black also it looks great

Good and sturdy. Now I have a handle on the inside of the door to assist in closing and opening the door from the inside of my bathroom.

The product feels solid but one of the holes where the screws go into was only threaded 1/2 deep and the other all the way. im not going to bother returning it because its a quick fix with a tap. Be aware though

We installed this on our barn door from Beleeze furniture and it looks and works great. Very sturdy and easy to install.
