Greater than one weekIve purchased 4 of these in the past 2 years. They have been workhorses and Ive always been please with them. However, earlier this year, one of them died (after putting in an honest years work. no biggie, it was worth it) so I purchased my 4th one. It was purchased in May 2022 and received in June 2022. As of a couple of weeks ago, it started shutting off in the middle of presses. Beeping nonstop for no reason. And only half of it is heating. Ive tried reaching out to customer service to see if there is some sort of replacement policy or warranty. So far, no luck. I will update if I hear back from them. Fingers crossed! UPDATE: Customer Service did send a replacement for the above-mentioned press. But now another press is doing the same thing and is only a few months old. The presses are great, they just cant really handle high-volume business.

Greater than one weekI got this in December of last year as an early Xmas present and it worked ok up until August. By ok I mean it does the job but the heat isn’t evenly distributed the center obviously gets the hottest and all around the outer edge not so much so you have to press & move ur stuff around a bit. In August It stopped heating up past 120F and once you press/close the lid the temperature just decreases. I’ve contacted the seller through Facebook (Fancier Studios) for some help and they advised to buy a new temperature control ($25) which should fix the problem but it didn’t. I’ve sent them multiple videos as they’ve asked and still have not gotten a response as to next steps. So now we’re out of $250 and need to invest in a new press for my little small business definitely won’t be giving this brand another try. BUYERS BEWARE!

Greater than one weekHard to push down and pull up. Makes a horrible clanking noise when pulling up to release. I’ve had issues with it since day 1. Bought in January. Contacted the company and all they did was help fix pressure problem.
