Started off working great for first three months. Normal plug in and unplug. Nothing rough. Then by month four both of them had the front face plug in break off. What I thought was a good buy ended up being a waste of money. Pass on this item.

I have used plenty of 3rd party charger which brought down my phones battery health previously. But this product is so good and it has no warning message to use original charger in 13 pro max. It is also fast.
