They work well. I wish the notch that aids in removing the Joy-Cons from the grips was a little deeper, but thats the only thing Id really like to change. As it is, its still slightly difficult to get them out. The shoulder buttons also have some significant squishiness before they actually press the buttons on the Joy-Con, but so do the official Joy-Con straps.

This are so awesome and make playing a lot easier they are soft and big enough for an adult to use comfortably.

These are great, especially for Mario Kart. The joy-cons were hard to use by themselves because the triggers are so small, even with the grips that come with the Switch. These make them so much easier to use, especially the triggers. The joy-cons slide in easily, but still feel secure. These are inexpensive and feel comfortable in your hands. Would definitely recommend!
