Does the job

Very bright bulbs but they do not last very long in my under-counter lights. Each of my lights requires three of these and at least one burns out in each fixture about every other month. I would have expected these bulbs to be much more durable than that. They also (like many other bulbs of this style) cannot be touched with bare hands (the oil on fingers apparently will weaken the bulb structure) which makes changing them quite tricky.

I bought 21 of these bulbs in the last 3 years for my under the cabinet lights. There are 12 bulbs in use, so the math shows that these last about a year and a half. While these dont last as long as they claim, or as I would like, I dont see any better alternatives, and I will reluctantly go back and keep buying them. That is, until I junk these under cabinet lights and replace them with LEDs.

Mine work. Installed them without touching them and cleaned them again before I turned them on. Nice fit in socket and nice light. Havent used them long enough to know how long they last but not complaining so far.

These lights work great if you follow the directions. Our lights never lasted as long as advertised, but when we actually read the box it said do not touch the lights with your bare fingers. This made a major improvement in the life of the bulb.

For some reason it was impossible for me to find this size of bulb locally, which was really surprising to me because its common in GE microwaves. I was pleasantly surprised by the price of this two pack, but was a bit worried that the color would be too cool. I didnt want ice blue lights, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that this light was only slightly cooler than the soft white bulbs that we have in our kitchen.

While xenon and halogen bulbs arent the easiest kinds to replace, they are long lasting and very compact. Feit bulbs have a good track record for us, so I expect these will perform well.
