Fiebings Saddle Soap

I used this soap on a natural colored leather satchel. It did a good job cleaning the leather and restoring its luster and suppleness without darkening the leather. It also has a nice smell. Highly recommended.

Works well. Been using this for everything that I can. Car seats, purses, shoes, baseball gloves. Great stuff. Gotta follow directions without fail you will have clean, supple leather for your efforts.

The best part of this soap is I dont have to clean the saddle before using this to clean the saddle, if that makes any sense. My saddle and leather boots are not only clean, but protected by this soap too. I originally purchased it years ago at a horse expo and now Im glad I found it again.

First of all, I ordered the yellow tin but I got the white one instead. Fine. No biggie. Initially, I had no idea how to use this as there were no instructions on the can. But once i read online, I used a bit of water and applied a tiny bit of this soap on my dress shoes, rubbed it around for a few seconds but it barely foamed. So, I figured let me just wash this off and maybe that does the job. To my dismay, it faded the leather badly, and now I have to throw out a barely used $200 dress shoes. Do yourself a favor and dont risk it using this soap or any other leather soap for that matter, just used a wet piece of cloth and wipe down any leather you have.

This product is a great moisturizer for shoes and all things it describes. I have been using mink oil forever, although this product is far superior.
