Filtrete 12x12x1 Air Filter, MPR 1500, MERV 12, Healthy Living Ultra-Allergen 3-Month Pleated 1-Inch Air Filters, 4 Filters

I bought the multi pack. I have no complaints. They have a high MPR rating and the filters do a great job. We had a couple of weeks of fires, and a lot of smoke. Did very well. I wil contiue to use this product. No problems or complaints. Fits well in my furnace.

I only purchase Filtrete filters and I typically purchase from Lowe’s. I decided to go Amazon because the store didn’t have the particular one I wanted in a two pack. These are too big. I had to to bend/tear the side to get the filter to go in. I paired the filter with the the one I removed out and it is the incorrect size. I bought 2 different sizes and neither of them fit! These have to be fraudulent. At this point I don’t trust them.

With all the forest fires nearby inside our home smell like smoke. I change the filter to this one and with them four hours it was cleared out. I will never use Anything else

Always loved using this brand, especially with allergies during this time of year.

Great value and noticed the difference in dust level immediately

We have two German Shepherds and one blue tick beagle/hound. Daily chores include vacuuming (requires dumping bin twice full of dog hair, 1/4 cup of dust in bottom). We have to change ours WEEKLY. If you dont want your house smelling like the pound (your nose adjusts if your homeowner, guests notice), or sensitive sinuses/allergies like myself- youll want these filters. They capture so much from the air. The DRAWBACK is the price. And if you have dogs like I do, these filters get black QUICK. We have to change ours every 5-7 days during the summer/winter months when unit is flowing air the most. We also have a air purifier in the room that helps. I hate the price but Ive tried lesser quality or less rated and it just doesnt do the job. So we just have to pay up as cost of owning dogs!

Spending money on filters isnt sexy. Spending money on filters that dont work is torture. Filtrete works, quality is unmatched. Im an adult who smoked 20 years ago and now I use a vapor pen when alone in my bedroom. As a perfectionist who wants 1st quality without paying 6X retail for OEM Filters - Filtrete is my champion. Tip for newbie fan or air purifier modd-ers, you could consider the 1000 rated filters with low air flow or a 2nd layer such as carbon - and so on. You can consider higher than 1500 with Filtrete such as the 1900-2800s - etc. But the under 1000 air filters dont catch vapor and the filters higher than 1500 magically tell the vapor to make a run for the border. The vapor (smoke) will magically bypass the intake of your do-it-yourself box fair air filter or more expensive modified room air purifiers and cling onto the exhaust port from the fan and do another lap or two around your room prior to any chance of going into the intake. Im not proud about the time Ive watched analyzing this! Plus if the filters are 1900 or higher - and restrictive to start by the time you have some vapor, smoke, cooking residue, etc. etc. get into them - they are going to lose efficiency faster than I lost my high school mile time. I am a perfectionist type of gadget guy - and I dont want my bedroom or its connected sitting room dusty and showing the signs of my bad evening habit. I have (2) air sensing type air purifiers (adjust their fan to air quality), (1) IQ Air+ (expensive) that I found the 12x12x1 Filtrete 1500s stack nicely into and one large 3M/Filtrete Room Purifier (they discontinued them unfortunately) and I have found tremendous success with ONLY Filtrete 1500 Series Filters, a heavy duty set of scissors and foil HVAC/Tape. I am fortunate enough to have (4) Carrier Infinity Central HVAC Systems (with Air Scrubbers) but even with my bad vaping habit these Filtrete 1500s make the air in my oversized master the hospital grade at all times. Their build quality with tight-packed Vs and the superior tin fencing on both sides helps us jimmy-riggers win too! Best product on market without question. **Do add a carbon layer in whatever format you like and provides value - such as cut it yourself - if youre trying to combat odors - such as cigars or real cigarettes - or worse like from kitchens, bathrooms or basements. I have had some success placing a thin, cut it myself layer of carbon lining on the exhaust side (clean air output) side of one or two of my units. Hope it helps!

Didn’t realize till today - we ordered the wrong filter - and is now 4 days past exceptable return time……

Received incorrect size originally. Amazon made good immediately. Correct size identical to what I buy locally, but much less expensive. The 2-pack came in 3M shipping box. Installed easily. The box arrived with a damaged end, but did not damage product such that it couldn’t be used properly or effectively. That wasn’t sellers fault.

This is literally the BEST filter I’ve ever purchased for my AC unit in my home. I had my AC inspected and the tech mentioned that this is a very good filter probably the best I can find and I should continue to use this filter. I will continue to use this filter.
