My daughter has Asthma & these along with our HEPA filters help absolutely!

I always use 3M air condition filter these are super good it cleans the air the only thing I don’t like is how Citi everything looks when I throw them out I don’t know why but maybe I need to check my unit

I’ve used this brand of filters for years so I figured it would be a safe buy. WRONG!! The first filter in the pack had a crushed corner that had to been done before packaging. I used it anyway but in a week the fan had sucked it out of its snug fixture and began howling like a wind storm. The second one looked fine but after a week the frame began to fail and the fan tunnel sucked it out of its snug fixture and began howling loudly. The cardboard frame on these filters is much to flimsy. I checked identical filters at my local Walmart and the frames are much much strong. I think the pack I got on Amazon cannot be standard… they must be cheap rip-offs. I just put my 4th filter in and expect the same failure in about a week. After that I will be buying locally because I’m 87 years old and I can’t keep climbing a larder to replace faulty filters. I feel ripped off.

Works as described

For years I have been buying a basic Filtrete filter, costs about $40 for 6 and I replace them every month. I tried this higher quality filter with Bluetooth to get more life from the filter and visibility into remaining filter life. I am one month into the filter, it’s down to 50% remaining life, but my furnace is shutting down. The HVAC people confirmed that it’s because the heat exchanger is overheating due to lack of airflow. Even though the Bluetooth on this filter is saying there is 50% life remaining, it’s completely full and probably should have been replaced a week ago. In comparison, the cheaper filters that I use will last as much as 5-6 weeks if I run out or forget to replace them. I’ve never had my furnace shutdown due to overheating. We have a clean house and vacuum regularly. No pets that would prematurely clog a filter with dust. I do not recommend this filter as it’s lifespan is overstated, and the Bluetooth monitor is not accurate.

Its good for the money.

Filters work well. However, i ordered 2, 2-packs and only received one. Have not been able to contact support to resolve the issue.

Filtrete is the brand of furnace filter I always buy. They work great, are easy to install and I dont have to worry about anything when I use them!

This is my go to! The black charcoal one particles were getting everywhere so I changed to this one for a dollar or so more and no regrets. Helps with pet dander and allergies.

The quality is okay. It works.
