Finish Dual Action Dishwasher Cleaner: Fight Grease & Limescale, Fresh, 8.45oz

Im not sure how well this exactly works but my dishwasher smelled a little fresher. But I have used others that smelled better or cleaner afterwards and my dishwasher is not that dirty.

We have hard water and I felt like it was time to clean our dishwasher of any mineral deposits I could not see!! This product was easy to use…peel off the label from the top and place it in an empty dishwasher as directed and run a cycle. The stainless steel interior was sparkling and it smelled really nice and clean! Will use again for sure.

I have received at least four or five of these. I am not sure if it is an issue with my dishwasher as it isn’t always the most perfect at cleaning my dishes. The wax top doesn’t always melt. The last one I received, I must have run the dishwasher at least 3 or 4 times before I finally removed the wax on top. When the bottle actually empties, man does it work great. It kills the smell and my dishwasher looks way more shiny. I am always happy with the results when I can actually get it to drain into my dishwasher.

We make heavy use of our dishwasher and I always wondered what was the best way to deep clean it. This product worked amazing. You could smell how clean it was after the cleaning cycle was complete. I will definitely be purchasing this every 3 months.

Our Samsung dishwasher was showing the dreaded oE error code after a load of dishes. I read other reviews from buyers having similar problems with overflow codes. My dishwasher smells clean and looks clean too after using this one time. I admit I don’t clean mine nearly as much as I should. If you are considering buying a new dishwasher because your old one shows error codes, try one of these cleaner packs first. I’ll update review if oE shows again on my dishwasher meaning it didn’t help. But for now the error code has not reappeared since using this cleaner.

We just got a new dishwasher after almost a decade of the previous machine. The new dishwasher is kinda fancy and has a clean cycle. There is also an accompanying app to keep me in the know about the wash cycles, rinse aid level, and the need to clean the tub. This dishwasher cleaner is a huge help. It is very easy to use and it works! The typical suggestion for dishwasher cleaning is to clean the filter every 2 weeks and the tub every 30 days OR 30 washes. No more lime scale, no more sour smell, and no more worrying about caring for the expensive dishwasher. I have this product set up on a Subscribe and Save so I dont even pay attention to the date or the washes. When it comes--the next time the dishes are emptied I run a clean cycle. Mindless yet effective. I highly recommend.

My dishwasher had some kind of pink gunk building up in it including in the filter (which I regularly clean). I took the dishwasher apart and cleaned it out, which took a considerable amount of time, only to have the pink gunk come back again. I did a little bit of research and was horrified to learn the pink gunk might be some kind of bacteria growth (serratia marcesens). Eew! It definitely was slimy. I tried a lot of the online fixes such as running baking soda/vinegar through the dishwasher, scrubbing the parts with hot soapy water, etc which helped but didnt get rid of the problem. Didnt dare try bleach as someone suggested as I didnt want it potentially corroding my stainless dishwasher or making it unsafe. Not only did my dishwasher smell so much better, but the limescale was almost all gone and the pink gunk was significantly annihilated! After using the Finish dishwasher cleaner again some weeks later, it continued to improve. Now I use Finish every month and my dishwasher looks and smells clean with no trace of pink gunk! This stuff works miracles!
