Bought 2 of these for my Apple TV 4Ks I recently purchased. For one of the units, Im able to replace the TV and audio remotes by just using the Apple TV remote. The big issue here, is the remote is so slippery with the aluminum back, it often slides away from where you set it down as you sit on the couch, etc. With this case, not only does it increase the friction on the remote by adding the silicon exterior, but it also is now colored bright red, helping to increase the ability to see it quicker. No longer do you have to get up and shake a blanket out to find it during the middle of a movie. Only rated 4 stars due to the size of the case. It could be more snug, and have had to top slip off a couple times. As this is something youre not likely to remove from the remote, and due to the nature of the silicon material to stretch a bit, it may make sense to make the case internal dimensions slightly SMALLER than the Apple TV remote, so it creates a perfect fit

The case makes my remote control not so slippery and adds some bulk to it, as it is quite small control on its own.In fact, I purchased three of them in different colors to all my TVs. I am happy with my purchase

This is great! Adds the ease of functionality to a remote that was lacking in ease of handling. I got it in bright red so that we could find it in the couch cushions easily, and I totally recommend it! It’s the fastest remote search we’ve ever experienced. I have noticed that if the case is not all the way on it will press the ultra sensitive select button, which until you figure out what is going on can be really annoying when you are trying to watch a Blu-ray and your tv keeps switching back to the Apple TV? Once we figured it out all was well and it doesn’t press the select button unless our one yr old happens to get a hold of it, but I wish I would have known that before we were trying to figure out why our Apple TV became possessed. Not I just need to find out if these for my tiny Bose remote!!!

We all know the Apple TV remote is terrible and one can never figure out which end is up. This provides the grip and protection the Apple TV remote needs.
