Our African Grey daughter loves her perch. She took to it right away with little or no hesitation. This is unusual as she normally needs to get used to something new in the cage before stepping on it. Seems sturdy and attached easily to her cage. Should last a long time.

This one is great. Helps with filing nails and beak and was easy to install. When cleaning I say use only soap and water since it’s rough texture makes it hard to clean.

My African Grey parrot likes this perch but its not his favorite perch. The gritty surface helps trims his nails and beak, but I think it also irritates his feet so he doesnt stay on it too long. I installed this on the outside of his cage so he can use it while playing outside during the day. I dont see this shape of hard fixed perch often and this is nicely made.

I have been looking for a perch like this for years. I cant fit a straight perch on front of my Timnehs food dish which forces him to sit on the edge of his dish. Putting one beside the dish didnt get him get off of his dish. This works great, allows him better grip while eating, and helps him be happier while eating.

I bought this perch for my DYH Amazon. It is a decent size for him. He is still a little scared of it because its new. lol I just wanted to say to beware of the photos that these company use. It shows a Macaw sitting on it. LOL Theres not one Macaw that could it on it! They are too big. So what Ive noticed it that they photoshop all kind of birds sitting on their perches and have no idea of the size of the birds. So check the actual dimensions before purchasing. My Amazon fits nicely, but I wouldnt recommend it for a larger bird.

I like the idea of this perch. My bird has yet to use it, but as soon as she gets used to it she will.

My parrot was a little afraid of the perch when I first put it in his cage. But now he loves sitting on it and theres plenty of room for him on the perch. Its a pretty blue color, too.
