I use this for my fire pit. The poker is HEAVY!!!! The pointy ends are SHARP (be careful)!! Overall, I’m making use of it but there are too many little issues that bother me for me to recommend it. The “fish hook” should be bent outward more to make it more useful (it doesn’t work well in the position it’s in and how severe the curve is) and the poker could be lighter and shorter. It is solidly built.

I use this over a very large fire pit. Its perfect. It has a long reach, easy to grip loop, and is very sturdy. There is no problem moving logs, hooking cast iron skillets, or moving grates. I would totally recommend this one as it has far more reach than others and its a solid piece.

Sturdy enough to maneuver large outdoor logs

Works SO much better than the majority of the pokers on the market. We burn lots of Osage Orange and Locust in our fireplace and it handles even the larger pieces with ease. Absolutely worth the money!

This poker is truly heavy duty and sturdy. This is a solid poker, not snap together like others, well built. long enough to work in the fire pit and not get burned, 40 inch size is great, 28-inch poker doesnt allow you work in the fire pit without feeling high heat. The heft of this poker is awesome, no bending, warping or problems with moving logs in the pit. I would consider giving these as a great gift to people who enjoy fire pits. A-1 product-very satisfied.
