I did a ton of research and chose these for a heavy shelving unit. I even did a test and sure enough, they expanded into a star at the back to secure even more. They are super strong and I couldnt be happier with the results. Got the big box as these are my go-to plug for any task now.

Got these as i have other Fischer fixings, and they do the job as stud on the box, they are the only ones i can get to fix strongly on breeze block walls. So sticking with them, as they work.

Though they are rated for it, still not fully convinced theyd hold a heavy mirror. But these are the single best wall plugs Ive ever used. Been so easy to use and had none of the usual problems Ive had with other wall plugs
