I have this one and the penguin for my kiddo and its so cute... definitely gives me a flashback to furbies. I like how it talks about feelings though, super cute.

My grandson loves this and they definately link up very easily. I will buy him more Linkimals. They are cute and sing together, and encourage each other. Great for toddlers

This product came unsecured in a box. The Owl talks but his voice is not clear. Activities are mentioned but not interactive. It is possible that it is broken but I really cant tell. I will definitely be sending this back.

I dunno. Ok, so first, it came with batteries in it already -- dead batteries. This is negligible so my rating really isnt based on this, because I assumed it would need batteries anyway. I guess I would just rather have no batteries come with it than dead ones. But really I felt like the songs which are designed to teach letters and sounds really werent enunciated clearly enough to really hear the sounds. And they start out teaching how to spell NARWHAL. Like, for a kid just learning their alphabet, narwhal? Then there is the game. Find the drum! Find the letter F! Heres the kicker, the thing makes cool sounds and lights whether you find the thing it asked for or not. So Im not sure there is any real excitement or reward for getting the answer right. It just seems like a tedious game and maybe not the most effective. Im sure it helps children learn a little, I am also sure this will bore them quickly. This would be completely over the head of an 18 month old, except for some of the songs would probably keep their attention. But they wouldnt have any chance at the game. The game is more geared towards 3 and up.

My 7-year-old is nonverbal autistic so a lot of the toys I buy are made for children younger than her, but she absolutely loves this toy... I love the ability to link the other animals to it too pretty awesome the hour is the best bang for the buck.

Bought this for my granddaughter and she loves it. It provides useful information as well such as did you know owls can bark like a dog?
