Fix-It Utilities Professional

I have used Fix It Utilities Pro for over 15 years. It used to be a perfect software program. Now it is horrible! With the latest renewal, I got only 2 weeks of service before it blocked me from using it with an error Unable to access the service at this time, please try again later. When I clicked ok it closed the program. Customer services solution is to uninstall and reinstall every two weeks. Seriously. I paid for a year of service, and U/R every 2 weeks is not what I consider acceptable. Forget about customizing your settings, as in 2 weeks youll need to do it again anyway... Not worth the time or hassle of it. They knew of this glitch, but have yet to correct it. Doesnt give any confidence in their protection or maintenance properties at all anymore. Do not buy.

I also recently threw away money on the pro versions of this crappy program and continue to have these add time and save pop ups appear randomly. Odd theres no way to get rid of these or turn them off. Shame on you, Amazon for selling this POS program. I maybe understand ads in free or trial programs, but I PAID for this POS program. This doesnt even seem to comply with Windows 10, as you cannot resize any window unless you are in 100% mode. If I didnt emphasize it enough, this is one POS program, And I wouldnt buy it!!

Not worth buying at this time. They claim it works with iPad/iPhone, but as of 7/2014 it does not. They say eventually, but dont know when. It may also delete files on your computer that it shouldnt. Dont waste your money. I would rate less than one star if I could.

If you like recurring bogus error messages like Fix it utilities need you attention!. Features that dont fully work like Dashboard. A web site that offers no solutions for many known bugs. Being hounded by pop ups to extend your subscription. Being disconnected while holding for technical support. Then this software is for you.

This program works well. Cleans up the registry files and lets the computer run better. I have Win XP which is easy to use but also open to problems.

couldnt load the program. Had one of their techs take over my machine. He said I had errors on my computer but for another $80 he could clean it up. My computer is 6 years old and running fine. Never had a program I couldnt load except for Fix it. Anyhow the next day after the tech was in my machine, somehow my clock was reset to 2009 causing all kinds of certificate problems. Please stay away from this product
