Not for the DIYer. As careful as I was, I DESTROYED the touch screen sensor on my old iPad 2 and had to get another one.

Install in 2 hours and it works

I loved how easy to install you do not have to be a technician to do it. Anyone with patience does it. Me encantó lo fácil de instalar no tienes que ser un técnico para hacerlo. Cualquier persona con paciencia lo logra.

I bought 2 kits and neither one works. My return window expired and now I have 2 non working parts. Now I’m stuck.

The packaging foam this came in melted all over the screen. I was unable to remove all of it. IPAD never worked properly.

Thought Id give it a try. Needed new battery so replaced screen really easy and went well. You need a heat gun, dryer would be marginal. Ended up fixing two pads!

Works great. No dead spots on the screen. New WiFi antenna works better than the original. Home button is great too. Strong adhesive. Only problem is the instruction manual only tells you how to remove (Very hard to understand though. Look up videos on the internet. Thats what I did.) The section of the instructions about replacing the WiFi antenna is even worse. They have you take very unnecessary steps to do it. Finally gave up and looked for video on that too. The video had you do something way different and more efficient. My advice is throw the instructions out the window and look videos up on the internet. 5+ star rating on product. 1 rating on instructions.

Item arrived on time, looked good, worked well the first few days then the home button collapsed into the ipad. Upon further review it was noticed that the home button was installed poorly by manufacture. Comes with the territory of third party screens.

Good fit, install takes time to open case. Watch an online video a few times before you start. Its easy to rip a couple ribbon cables, so order extra power button cable and wifi antenna cable. They are super cheap and will give you insurance ....
