Fixcracked Touch Screen Replacement Parts Digitizer Glass Assembly for Ipad 4 (A1458,A1459,A1460) + Professional Tool Kit （Black）

Worked great to replace a broken screen on my parents iPad. Fairly simple repair if youre tech minded or can follow the many online tutorials or videos to show how to replace. Only thing that could use some improvement is the adhesive that holds the glass onto the iPad frame...only a thin strip around the frame and did not adhere very well in the corner where the cables connect the screen to the system board.

Did not come with tool kit.

As Described. The key to this install is following the instructions. Continue Heating and patience with the old screen is most important. I found putting gorilla duct tape on old screen helped since my old screen

This was a very nice screen, and it came with the cables and home button I needed. It also came with the little rubber rim that goes around the edge just under the glass. I had never put a screen replacement on an iPad before but between multiple you tube demonstrations, I was able to accomplish it. Getting the old screen off was the hardest part. Very nice product, and if I ever need another screen, I would definitely order this one.

Decent for $20, but the adhesive is TERRIBLE. I’m going to have to find a way to make the screen stick to the iPad itself. The install is fairly difficult and tedious. I recommended using an actual heat gun to get the old screen to come loose from the iPad

Screen worked perfectly - Great quality - You can do it yourself with the right tools and right instructions (you will need a heat gun for the job)

Very difficult procedure. I was never sure of how much heat to apply to soften the glue on one hand or damage the internals on the other hand. Eye protection and good lighting is a must ! I used fingernail polish remover which has acetone in it and this sped things up nicely. The main ribbon cable on the new screen did not have any adhesive backing so I tacked it down with a little electric tape. Be VERY careful with the wifi antenna which can come up with the glass. Took several hours to do the whole procedure but everything looks and works great.

Good fit on Ipad 4. All parts needed to repair a cracked screen. It is shipped from China, but delivery time is not that bad.

Easy instal but won’t turn on

This is the 3rd time Im using this digitizer to replace my iPad 4 screen which often got broken by my kids. I will like to say this time it was the best fitting I was able to get. Since it was my 3rd time I was quite a pro now with IPad screen replacement, got it done in 20 minutes. Overall happy with the product and got it delivered in just 1 day, that was awesome. This time they provide couple of additional tools which were missing earlier.
