Fleck 5600 SOFTENER Valve Rebuild Kit - Includes Piston (60102-10), Seals & Spacers (60125), and Brine Valve (60032) by Fleck

Installation was easy but it leaked. Unsure what the problem was but after 2 more attempts I tossed it in thr trash.

Fleck factory parts. Worked as advertised. If you dont know which valve you have, take a peek inside by removing the rear plate on your valve assembly and note the color of your stem on your brine valve and the cap of the control valve. Match green with green, white with white, gray with gray etc. Lots of instructions on YouTube. Thumbs-up!

I found a video on YouTube showing how to replace this (before I ordered). I made sure I got the right one for my tannin remover. It took less than 20 minutes to install with zero experience. Super easy and fixed my leak. If you have a Fleck 5600 that is leaking, give it a go. I also have a Whirlpool softener for hard water treatment, and replacing that head is a relative nightmare compared to the Fleck.

I returned the first kit I bought since it did not work properly. Water in house was salty due to brine valve leaking after installing the rebuild kit. First provider did not include the o ring that fits below the brine valve. Couple other providers also did not provide that o ring. A Plus did. I called them before purchasing and they were very helpful and assured me they would be certain that o ring was part of the package. Great rebuild kit and recommend you be sure to buy from A Plus.
