> 3 dayThe box arrived - destroyed with parts of its contents taped to the outside of the box - but we checked everything - all product parts undamaged. The missing star is for the size of the openings in the grid of the shelf - very large - we are using part of the box as a liner to keep things from falling through. Large openings in the shelf make it somewhat unpractical - we wont purchase another set.

> 3 dayWe mounted 4 of these shelves in our garage. They are very strong and sturdy. It helped get a lot of our stuff off the floor and I was finally able to park my car in our garage. Would buy again if we move.

> 3 dayI like these shelves. I wish they would be spaced for normal stud width of 16. Instead they are spaced in between causing you to have one end in a stud and other in drywall anchor. Still sturdy though.

> 3 dayWhen I remodeled my garage, I used nine Fleximount racks, of various sizes. They are extremely solid and sturdy, way better than anything I could find at my local big-box home centers. Maximum strength when you bolt them into the studs.

> 3 dayTheyre great, theyre sturdy, but I have two big criticisms.: 1) the grate size is way too big. You cant put stuff youd normally expect to find in a garage on there like spraypaint sized cans or really anything that is smaller than gallon paint bucket. I really wish there was something I could buy to put over the top, like a sheet of metal that was the same color. I ended up buying plywood and cutting it and zip tying it down to the grates but its hardly aesthetically pleasing. 2) two templates would made this much easier. Then you can tape up the template to the wall and attach right on top.

07-06-2025Love these! When you measure, ideally note where studs are first to see how many you can accommodate. As others noted, a standard drill or screwdriver wont work with these bolts so you will need a lug nut and drill adapter or lug nut and socket wrench.

> 3 dayI needed shelf 54 wide, this shelf needed to be cut to become this length and installed in 2 pieces so didnt work out how I wanted but it is sturdy if you wanted shorter shelf
