> 24 hourWater hammer from air in the line blew off the small cap and it went down into the bowl and then flushed into the jet and stuck there. Right angle needle nose pliers got it out. But I had ordered this replacement already. So put it on the shelf and it sat there for six months until I needed it for real. Suddenly the volume of fill water dropped significantly. I took the valve assembly off and a part and looked for obvious signs of blockage and also slowly turned on the water with this valve removed to flush out any debris. Blah blah blah I checked everything for blockage and so on. Yes and even looked at the little disc. So I had this extra valve and installed it and it cured the problem. Perfectly. I recommend keeping one of these on hand if you have one of these awesome toilets. But always Beware of the little cap that blew off and ends just inside the foul water jet. Its like perfectly engineered not to go down the line. It just sort of sits there or you could actually extract it and replace it when it blows off and gets flushed down into the bowl. Anyway yes this is my second purchase of this perfect replacement part and I highly recommend it. Again keep one on hand so you dont have to go to the bathroom outside when you have a party. Unless you have a house with five bathrooms. Then you could just wait until it fails. -BroSun

> 24 hourThey breakdown every 3-4 months, which is ridiculous. Ive ordered this part for the past few months. Ive had two main problems with it. It either doesnt shut off or the water starts trickling to fill the tank which takes forever. Im very disappointed with the durability of this product. Not too expensive but when you have to keep repurchasing over and over and over it is very annoying.
