Not for bearded dragons. The stapes took forever to get the label off.

It looks really nice and natural for an animal’s enclosure and you can situate the substrate to customize how big or small of an area your animal has to hide in. Just keep an eye out for mold, especially in an enclosure that you need to keep higher levels of humidity for a tropical reptile or amphibians.

I used this for my Geckos tank. It traps humidity and gives them a darker little space if they need it, the wood doesn’t seem splinter material and it doesn’t fall apart immediately. It was easy to carry and place. The only thing I don’t like was the fact that the cardboard logo piece was stapled to the wood. It took me awhile to get out and I just didn’t like it. Otherwise, I recommend this for your lizards/geckos !

My leopard gecko uses this as her cold hide. She loves climbing on it!

Works well as a hide for my juvenile/year old corn snake. Would probably be too small for an adult though. This is probably my fault, but I would caution against using it in a ball python enclosure. The high humidity caused it to mold quite quickly. Its not sealed at all, so that might be something to do to prevent this. It seems ok in the dryer corn snake tank, but time will tell.

Our new tortoise love it took to it right away. I bought the large which was in a 40 gallon tank perfect fit! Love it!
