It came broken. I guess I paid 8$ to go through the hassle of it being broken. Awesome. Not sure if Ill get a replacement, its a great product otherwise and if it wasnt broken Id give this 5/5, fortunately tho, I did have a hot glue gun and hot glue and its now good as new for my T. Its a great product, definitely read wood.

My salamanders love these, I have one in or two in each enclosure. I always see them at night laying on top of them.

Product is great for small reptiles.. SMALL. My tortoise couldnt fit in the medium.. its very low, waste of money trying to return it.. it would work for lizards.

My only problem was that I thought it was going to be wider than it was but my ball python still comfortable in it!

It was broken into 3 pieces. The shipping box was not damaged so it was packaged knowing it was broken. Disappointing.

Ordered a medium, somehow ended up with two, both useless! Arrived covered in mold! Cant be used. Tried to scrap some off but theres just to much!! And the size, I ordered a medium for my baby tortoises. Was supposed to be 3.5 high, its not even 3! So with the width of the wood the opening isnt even 2 high. The only thing that could fit under there is a small snake or lizard... Nowhere on the label did it say medium, or have the dimensions.

Large is 3 tall - only 2 inside. Amazon clearly states that a large is 4 tall. Very annoying and misleading.

Description said 6.5 x 6.5 x 4.0 for large, item I received is 8.0 x 6.0 by 3.5, not tall or wide enough for my tortoise.
