The important thing to remember is to immediately text seller with your order number and vin number along with make and model number. Instalation was quick and easy. I didnt need to contact technical support.

When my screen went out Amazon was saying it was about 2 weeks out but I contacted the seller and they expedited the shipping to me. I was able to get the module in about 4 days! The product APIM that I bought was extremely easy to install into the truck. Everything seem to work perfectly. Then I had a small problem. People could hear me talking on the phone when I called them but I could not hear them or Siri. I sent a message to the seller and they responded very promptly and professionally. they sent me an adapter and information so they can hook to my computer in the truck remotely. They made a few adjustments to the programming and had everything working perfectly. I worked with a gentleman named Charn who is a very competent person and amazing at his job. I recommend this product and the people at this company. It is rare that you find people these days that truly care about their customers. I give this product and the people behind it five stars.

My APIM seemed to stop working around 70k miles. I ordered this to replace it since the dealership wanted $1200 to do it. I installed it and was had some features that were missing, but contacted them with my VIN and they helped me out even more. Now I got it setup the way I want it and it is slightly faster then the old unit. I recommend the seller as well.
