The sellers are awesome. I use my truck for commuting and spend a lot of time in it! When my screen went out Amazon was saying it was about 2 weeks out but I contacted the seller and they expedited the shipping to me. I was able to get the module in about 4 days! It was also very easy to replace. Plug and play. Highly recommend purchasing from them!

The important thing to remember is to immediately text seller with your order number and vin number along with make and model number. Instalation was quick and easy. I didnt need to contact technical support.

Did not come programmed for my particular vehicle. Still having issues. Ford connect is not working.
