This is a top notch company, I had the screen for about a month and it worked great. Then out of now where, it stop working. I contacted their customer service and they were able to discover what was wrong from a video I made, they are sending me a new screen with updated software. Top notch customer service!!!

As soon as I took it out of the bubble there were scratches all over it. Installed ot just to see if by some chance it would work but it would not even turn on. Only reason it gets 1 star is because I cant give it 0.

The first order had fingerprints all over the screen so I send it back and reordered thinking it was just that one. But the second screen arrived today and it also had smudges all over with scratches.

I had already opened the iPad mini 2 for other repairs, so this was a breeze.

I cannot possibly express how happy I am with the service I received from this vendor, SRJTEK. First of all the product is great but most importantly, theyre customer service is world class. My son cracked the digitizer on his iPad. I ordered and replaced it myself but in doing so, I cracked his LCD. I ordered this screen to replace the one I cracked. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything that they KNEW I would need. They included event I needed to replace and install it plus new 3M 300LSE adhesive as well as a new tempered glass screen protector. Fast, on-time delivery and great customer service. What more could you ask for?

The screen did turn on BUT the touch screen DID NOT WORK!!!! And that is extremely frustrating, after working so hard on a device. And your product doesn’t work as it’s told. Very disappointed .

There are reviews for this product that say there is a letter etched on the screen. This only occurs if you fail to take the protective plastic off before installation.
