Received a digitizer not an LCD.

Follow the instructions. Not following the instructions may effect the way this product works or is displayed. It looks great. I do not have any complaints about this product. Do not come into the screen replacement process thinking it will be fast and easy. It requires some patience.

Worked great as described. Looks just as when bought new.

Unfortunately the product worked well for a short time, you can see a spot on the screen that makes the image not have a uniform color. Removing it and sending it again is not an option for me at the moment, as I am in South America at the moment. In addition, the cost of the technical service and shipping, plus the time that I would be without the equipment working, does not compensate. So I left it at that.

So far the screen seems like a suitable replacement for the price. No issues with any marks on the screen. While it was a surprise to see tools included with the screen, no mention on the Amazon site, they wont get the job done. To make the job easier, I suggest also ordering the iFixit iOpener set.

Product did not apply to the same standards as review showed. Didn’t work for my iPad mini 2 1490 although the label said it would.

I have been doing cellphone repairs since the iphone 3g days and this Didnt work for me. 1st screen came broken, could be due to amazon not shipping it in a box and an envelope and the 2nd screen just dies after a few minuets. Not going to seal back an ipad if the screen keeps dying.
