Fosmon Quad PRO 2 Controller Charger Compatible with Xbox Series X/S Controllers (Not for Xbox One / 360 / Elite 2) Controllers, Dual Dock Charging Station with 4 Rechargeable Battery Packs - Black

Plugged it in the first time and loaded the batteries up for charge, noticed 1 of them ( rear spare battery) wasnt charging, seems the metal connector on the station was broken, oh well, got 3 other charging spot, so decided to ignore it. At the same time I purchased a brand new Xbox 1 remote, put one of these batteries in it, used for about 2 hours then the remote fried, a little unusual but I assumed it was a defective controller. Bought another brand new controller, used again for about an hour, same effect, so now I believe it has to be the batteries. Emailed customer support, no reply. So now Im out what I purchased this unit for and 2 brand new controllers, thing is, this is the 2nd charging station of this brand I own, the first one in my sons room is fine and works as it should and has been for about 4 months or so. Might be hit or miss with this company. I really wish they would get ahold of me so we can work this out, and maybe try and recoup some of the money Im out on these controllers.

I ordered the Dual Dock + 2 Additional Battery Charger for Xbox One Controllers (I have 2 Elite Controllers) to replace the individual (single controller) PowerA chargers that I have had for many years. Packaged arrived as promised the next day. The base holds 2 battery packs and then two controllers can charge on the top cradles. The design is well thought out and the entire unit is compact and unobtrusive. The LED indicators on the front of the charging base are a great feature and are clearly labeled so you can quickly determine the status of each of the 4 battery packs charging. Included in the packaging were several reminders to register the product with Fosmon and contact information for customer service should you have any issues. Unfortunately, I noticed right away that the rear controller cradle was not charging (no LED indication at all, as if the controller was not on the cradle). A quick inspection determined that the charging pins for the rear cradle were missing entirely. After one email to Fosmon Support, a replacement cradle was on the way! They apologized for the issue and explained that, although rare, manufacturing and quality issues can occur. It is obvious that customer service and brand integrity are equally important to Fosmon. I think the charger looks and works great and the company is committed to making sure you are happy with the product. I highly recommend this charger and will definitely consider Fosmons other products in the future.

Works great so far, only downside in my opinion is the housing feels very cheap.

The quality is fine id doesnt feel cheap like. However my main concern is battery life. The listing says 30 hours but thats false I played 2 days in a row at 3 hours one time and like 5 hours the other with vibration turned off and it died. I dont even want it if it does that quick the only reason Im keeping it is cause I have spare batteries

Doesn’t function with the Xbox Elite controller. Other than that its awesome! Works with other standard xbox controllers. Elite controller is to heavy for it that it doesn’t make connection to charge. Something to keep in mind!

Bought for son in law as birthday present as they were spending quite a bit of money on batteries.

I love this thing, you can charge your controllers, and 2 extra batteries at the same time. I highly recommend it!

Charging 4 batteries simultaneously.

I literally tried every charger for Xbox one and this one is hands down the best.

Does not work with the add button on the back of an elite controller, also doesn’t work with silicone controller cover/sleeve on a normal controller.
