The day this arrived plugged it in, it would charge the batteries that we installed into the controllers and when these were docked they would charge, but neither of the individual charging slots for the batteries would work.

This is got to be the best thing I bought for my son. It comes with 4 chargeable batteries, that can all be charged at the same time. 2 batteries can charge up top attached to the controller like shown in the picture and the other 2 batteries alone charges inside the base underneath the controllers. That was a great idea.

Great little charger, didnt work with my controller that has a rubberized grip but having two charger (extra) slots is clutch. Charging via Xbox USB port is also a bonus.
