Got it since the OEM one I ordered never showed up, read the reviews and only thing that worried me was people complaining bout the left thumbstick not fitting... i dont think people realize that the thumbstick pops off. Once i did that everything screwed and set into place perfectly, would definitely recommend to anyone needing a front shell replacement

It looks almost exactly like the original. Fit is pretty good. Only the circle button didn’t fit with it, had to file one of the little tabs on that button down to make it work, all else is pretty much fine and nobody can tell the difference. Looks good.

My original PSP 1000 had a cracked & scratched up faceplate, and this was a cheap and fast replacement. Its not the exact same. The screen is technically a separate piece from the rest of the shell, unlike the flush original version. The textured bit above the screen is also slightly different. That said, it still fits great on my 1001 and looks 90% the same.

The good, its nice and clean pretty easy to swap buttons into new cover. The bad. The size is very tight, there’s no slot to secure the button of the cover with screw on the bottom of the psp, which causing some lifting/open space. Effects some buttons (start/select). Overall makes your poor/good psp look brand new. Easily reassembled, little work to make it nearly perfect.

Triangle port was designed too small. Button sticks. Odd the other three works. HOLD has a hole in it.
