I didn’t have to buy numerous pieces in order to decorate for my husband’s 70th bday. Everything was in one box for one low price. I would have paid 2x if i bought items at a party store

The banner was missing two letters so was unusable. It was thrown away so I can’t even get a refund. Very disappointing…
