Garmin 010-01674-00 Varia UT 800 Trail Edition Smart Headlight with Helmet Mount

Integrates with my Garmin 530 without issues. It was easy to set-up. The battery life is plenty enough for my ride needs. Sometimes I ride before night fall and it bringsme home safe with adequate brightness. Very satisfied with this purchase. The smart feature really is great for battery effeciency.

habiendo pasado por focos halógenos de batería en el portabotellas, pasando por los de li-ion (halógenos también) y por una infinidad de luces led de menor a mayor potencia (y de mayos a menor tamaño).... esta luz es casi perfecta. ideal para poner debajo del gps con una montura garmin+gopro, es pequeña, ligera y potente. si se valora solo como luz es perfecta. lástima que con esta manía de las eChorradas y tener que conectar todo al móvil o a la pantallita se hayan gastado más dinero en automatismos innecesarios que al final no cumplen las necesidades de nadie. menos mal que se puede forzar el uso manual, aunque está muy bien ver la carga de batería en el gps.

To be honest I was a little disappointed with this. Have Garmin computer and Garmin Varia radar/rear light so wanted to keep it all the same brand and linked with the Edge 500 features.

Must’ve device, light is working perfect, the radar also, detect all the vehicles coming back to you, yet very stressed, waiting after the signal, the cars catch up with you and pass safely...

La mejor inversión que hago ya que sus sistema inteligente te hace ahorrar su batería cuando no estás corriendo baja la densidad de luz para k no o consumir batería cuando no estás corriendo

The hardware part of this headlight is good. It’s very bright LED light. Very well built. The battery however doesn’t las too long on high beam. But it’s ok enough for 1 to 1.5 hour rides with high beam.

If you use an out front mount for the Garmin, the mount that comes with this mounts the Garmin and the light. The light is under the Garmin, and it is not visible when riding and doesnt clutter up the bars. However, affixing it to the mount is a little tricky, and since you cant see it when you are riding, it needs a leash in case it pops off on rough ground.
