I love this watch and wear it all day long for sleep tracking, running, and workouts. The Connect App does a good job of tracking fitness and gives me lots of useful metrics. This watch is expensive but worth it if you are serious about tracking your fitness and running progression. I have two other friends who use the same watch and they also love it.
