Works as advertised. Paired with a RAM mount and this thing is solid.

Does not have very thick (ga.) leads. It went bad in 6 months. Bike was in the rain for a night, the fuse popped. And it never worked again.

Beat the hell out of this mount on a Dual Sport ride into Yosemite Valley...Handled the abuse well.

Bin jetzt eine Saison damit gefahren. Habe es hinter die Frontscheibe auf Ram-Mount montiert. Praktisch das man den Öffnungsmechanismus mit einer Schraube und beigelegtem kleinen Schraubenzieher schnell verriegeln kann. So bleibt das Montana fest in der Halterung und kann auch an der Tankstelle nicht direkt entfernt werden. Stromversorgung klappt auch ohne Probleme.

This came up as the mount for Garmin Montana GPS units, however is too small for the 700 series. My error perhaps but I checked carefully and did not see this information. Take care when ordering.
