> 3 dayProblem with the heart rate sensor ... several times after completing strength training and switching to the treadmill, the heart rate sensor shows a value of 65-70 after switching on the treadmill program, although it feels itself and the treadmill shows the heart rate within 140. I do not know what caused this error, but it is lying overall training result.

> 3 dayLet me start out by saying this is a great watch. I used this as my daily watch only removing it to shower and recharge. It worked very well with my sleep tracking and recording my steps, reading altitude, mapping locations/routes taken, receiving phone notifications and the battery life is great as well. Unfortunately, after owning this watch for a little over a year now, Im experiencing some major malfunctions. The battery started to die faster than normal (within a day) usually lasting roughly 2 weeks granted Im not working out everyday. The screen also began to freeze up a lot. I did research and attempted to troubleshoot and reduce the demand on the watch, limiting notifications and keeping backlight at low %. I also have done both soft and hard resets on the watch. None of the above has reduced the symptoms experienced so I contacted Garmin directly and performed troubleshooting with them as well. They also informed me that of course I was out of my warranty timeframe. Unfortunately, after the troubleshooting the results were the same and a replacement option was given. I opted not to do the replacement because they were intending to send me a refurbished device. And I wouldve had to pay $190 +tax and send my device prior to them shipping out the replacement. This isnt an uncommon process but I have never had good experiences with refurbished devices. Again this was a great watch when it was working as designed. Sadly, it didnt last much longer than a year. I purchased and received the watch in July 2021 and its currently October 2022. So, for me this watch didnt meet my expectations but I hope if you purchase this device you dont have this experience. This is a great device and I hope this is just a one off experience. Take care and enjoy what it has to offer

> 3 dayHoping to upgrade from an Instinct. The screen was unreadable in 99% of all situations unless you hit the button to turn the back light on. Attempted to use raise arm gesture as a workaround but it was eating the battery. The color on the screen was so washed out it left me wondering if the advertising is misleading at best. The vibration alert was also inop on the unit I received. I potentially got a bad unit but if quality control is that bad on a $1k item Ill pass. Back to the Instinct. They need to make a Fenix/Tactix e-ink model.
