GE Lighting LED+ Color Changing LED Light Bulbs with Remote, No App or Wi-Fi Required, A19 Standard Bulbs (2 Pack)

This is a good starter color led bulb floodlight style br30, for those that feel overwhelmed with wifi bulbs , bad wifi signal, worried about wifi issues, or not tech savvy. This is not super bright like the plain white br30 led bulb I bought for 15 bucks in store. It gets bright, just not tv glare bright. It has normal blue and yellow light settings with dimming options for 100,50%, down to 10%. There are 8 colors to choose from. The colors arent as bright as regular and there isnt any dim setting for them. You can turn off via remote or light switch. If u turn off via switch you need to give it a few seconds off for it to turn on via switch again and it will revert back to regular light mode. the main light is more like an amber and there is no true white. This is a much cheaper option to Phillips hue and recommended over ge wifi bulbs as they have issues. I only wish it had a adjustable app and was a lot brighter.Bonus is if your house has random momentary power outages,these wont turn on when power comes back on, waking you up in the middle of night which has happened to me a few times with wifi bulbs in 6mo.IF Looking for ALEXA support, wifi bulbs are only option and found 1 that works consistently. Lohas are brighter but 1 of 2 but die fast

Works great in my bedroom. It dims very low, but is very bright when needed. Use dim pink just before bed so the brighter light wont wake me up too much or if I am watching TV in the bedroom. Plan to order another set.

The product description states that these bulbs are for entertaining guests or as room decor for a teen girl. While I dont entertain guests nor am I a teen girl, these bulbs have miraculously continued to function for me.

I ordered the three pack. When you open them they all look the same but the remotes are different and 1 of the 3 bulbs has more functions. I thought it was a fluke so I did the exchange and got another set. It was the exact same. 2 of the lesser bulbs 1 of the fancier. If it’s a 3 pack they all should be the same thing. All are still nice bulbs but I want all my living rooms lights to have the same bulbs and capabilities.

I purchased one of these to test it because Ive had really mixed results with color LED lights. There is a lot of garbage out there and the colors are very often super disappointing. So this BR30 shows up and it works as expected. Installation is effortless since there is no horrific bumbling app or cloud or WIFI security questionable-ness of doom to deal with for once. The colors are ok but not great but the warm white option is actually good. So I ordered three more of these to go in the adjoining recessed fixtures to finally replace the remaining incandescent lamps. The next three arrive and are all but identical but have a slightly different remote and ¡surprise! *16* colors. More importantly on these lamps the colors ALSO DIM which they do no do on the 10 color lamp version where one can only dim the whites. If I knew I could get more of the 16 color versions I would definitely buy more. I would steer away from the 10 color versions. They are ok and thankfully not WIFI but the colors are well, mEh. The SKU seems to be identical the ONLY difference is that the better lamps say 16 colors & 2 whites on the box and have PK-00100403-4 above the SKU. The 10 color versions have PK-00100403-3 above the SKU. Not sure whether Amazon / Uncle Jeff did me an accidental favor here or not as I cannot find the PK-00100403-4 / 16 Color version anywhere. Maybe they were discontinued. In any case thought I would throw this out there FWIW.

Super super convenient! Our newborn baby sleeps alone in the crib next to me in same room and I have to get up to feed him couple times at night. I used remote control to turn on or off the light, and what I love it mostly is I can control 10%, 40%, 70% or 100% brightness by the remote control. Very recommend!

No setup needed. Small remote. Several color options. My teenage daughter loves them.
