> 24 hourIt did work great. Then at 4 months just died, no longer connects to my echo 2nd gens. Replaced with a Lutron plug.

> 24 hourI know I shouldve read the description closer but I bought this without having a hub and it worked as a switch but did not have the ability to dim. Once I upgraded my Amazon Echo 1st gen to a 4th gen (which acts as a hub) it works great. The bulb and lamp I bought were just too bright for my current room. The dimmer allows me to put it to 50% and its perfect.

> 24 hourReally like these GE controllers and dimmers. They work really well and pair with my Smartthings Hub very easily.

> 24 hourI have a floor lamp with 5 arms and dimmable bulbs. After moving I could not find the dimmable remote I had been using so purchased this one. Two issues buyers should be aware of: 1 - It always flickers if set to 100%, but is fine at 95%, and there is no range adjustment as with some wall mounted units I have from another company. 2 - Setting it to low values, like 2% for use as a night light, doesnt work as it did with the dimmer I cannot find. 5% works reliably but is a bit brighter than I want so I found after leaving it set to 5% for a few minutes I can lower to 3% and get reasonable results. Setting directly to 3% for some reason does not work. As a retired electronics systems designer I know this is about design and component tolerances. Once I find the original switch I will swap this one out and use it elsewhere where the brightness issues are not a problem.

> 24 hourDid not work properly with my HAI / Leviton Zigbee 3.0 81A00-3 hub. It would send the proper on & off statuses back to the hub when I pressed the manual button on the device, but it would not accept on & off commands from the hub so no remote control, which is what I purchased it for! Got Levitons plug in Zigbee module and was up and running in 3 minutes. All on and all off still didnt work with my Omni IIe, but you can fix that by adding a programming line when all off turn all 16 Zigbee modules off. This GE module is going back to Amazon!

> 24 hourNo connection issues. Works perfect with Alexa.

> 24 hourUnit will randomly shut off the light, at which point it becomes unresponsive to Alexa. However, if you shut off the lamp, using the lamps own switch, and turn it back on, the light lights up and it remains responsive to Alexa until the next random time it decides to flake out. I will be buying a different brand next time.

> 24 hourDoesnt dim all the way down on my 40W LEDs. Leaves them on slightly lit when on off setting.

> 24 hourI bought this device with the intention of being able to remotely dim two table lamps on either side of my living room couch, but didnt realize only one outlet is ZigBee controlled, while the other is a straight-through always-on outlet. I wound up buying a similar device by Enbrighten that does state both outlets are ZigBee controlled and dimmable (albeit not independently). Something else to note is that this device (and my replacement by Enbrighten) are both rebranded JASCO units, who is also a name brand in this market.
