> 24 hourAlthough it is vaguely buried in the description, I dont think it is clear that this unit ONLY detects positive (+) DC current. If you work on pre-World War II antique cars this unit will not identify a live circuit on positive ground systems. The tech support folks at GTC were very helpful in identifying this limitation. It works fine on modern cars and other low voltage negative ground systems. Unfortunately, it is useless for my applications.

> 24 hourAwesome tool, I work on a lot of heavy equipment(24Volt) and this works well, I can check an entire fuse block in the time it would take me to setup my mutimeter.

> 24 hourI really like this tester but it doesnt replace a traditional test light. It is extremely sensitive and will alert even if there is only slight voltage present in the system. I like having this in my pocket for times when I need to do a quick test to see if there is power. It also helps that this is safe for computer circuits. I also love the Camco 63928 Quickee Circuit Tester because it uses an incandescent bulb (traditional test light). Sometimes it is necessary to place a small draw on your circuit and observe what happens next.

> 24 hourThis tester I good for me when im bieng lazzy and dont feel like looking for a ground to conect my other end of my test light. As a professional car audio installer I love this test light when I test hids as I can check both power and ground when I touch the ground lead and test the power of the hid harness

> 24 hourThis is certainly a nifty time saver, in that I dont have to hassle with a cord. Its affordable enough that everyone should have one in their tool box IMHO.

> 24 hourHandy to check low voltage circuits. Point protector is a nice add on. My first one years ago did not have that.
