Great holding gel

works great but if you put too much - it will feel like youre a porcupine

Got this gel as a more affordable johny b and thats EXACTLY what it is. Holds just as good with all the same consistencies. The white/clear is better then colored stuff because if your in a rush u dont need to panic if some is left on ur scalp because it wont be clearly visible. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the smell. It doesnt smell bad, just not an attractive smell. Kinda smells like regular hair spray.

After going through two smaller containers I got the 64 oz. Works great for both a spikey hair-style and when I let my hair go a while without a trim also a slick back hair style. Easily holds all day even if exposed to some light rain, strong wind, etc. Also has held up to a nap a few times, haha! All that and quite easy to wash out with shampoo. Ill continue to re-purchase the 64 oz container for the foreseeable future. As other reviewers have noted there is a small chance of damage in shipping... but Amazon always handles it.

Overall it does the job however, I don’t like the way it washes off. Seems to greasy.

Very clean with manly scent and ZERO flakes after dry.

My husband loves this product. He says it doesn’t flake or get sticky. Also easy to wash off. Smells great too
