If you are printing abrasive materials like wood or glow in the dark stuff often then this nozzle is great for the situation. If you only print with them now and again then I don’t think you ‘need’ this over the stock nozzle.

This is the second time i have bought this tip. I print a lot of glow in the dark and this one holds up. I only bought a second one because i could not get the first one unclogged and needed to keep printing an order. The clogging had nothing to do with the nozzle but I didn’t have the patience to wait it out. Now I have a spare. Totally recommend.

I bought my first one of these nozzles about 2 years ago, I am only just now buying a replacement for it and that is with tons of hours of print time under it. Great Nozzle, albeit do need to tweak the settings. On Brass for PLA I have been needing to hit about 220C vs the 200C with a brass nozzle, but considering how long it was before it seems the time to swap it out really serves to indicate the quality on these. Probably should have reviewed it sooner, but oh well.

I do a lot of printing and I tried this as an attempt to reduce consumption of brass nozzles. The result was a reduction in print quality that I couldnt tune out. Not to blame the manufacturer, I just think hardened steel nozzles should be reserved for abrasive materials ONLY.

I replaced a brass nozzle a while back and have not noticed any issues with this replacement. Seems to be working as designed.

Excellent nozzle, I have printed with wood PLA.

Tried this on my prusa mini, it just cakes up around the nozzle and clogs no matter what settings I try.

No complaints, in the same time that I had to go throu about 6 brass nozzles, this one is still printing like a champ even glow in the dark and wood materials

Likely received a defective nozzle. Nozzle is either extremely poor at conducting heat or inner diameter is far smaller than advertised. Underextrusion perpetually to the point where extruder motor is clicking from gears slipping due to too much resistance. Though it improved the higher the temp got ( up to 260* c for PLA!) I found no way to compensate in order to make this functional for any print.
