This is the only knife you will ever need! Vegetables and herbs almost dice themselves! I could not be happier with my knife. I highly recommend this product. But be careful, it is extremely sharp!

I use this knife at home, not in a professional kitchen, and I could not be more impressed. Ive been in the restaurant industry my entire life and this is one of the best knifes Ive ever been around. Ive used and been exposed to almost every brand of knife, both at home and in the business, Shuns, Globals, Wusthofs, Henckles, etc, and this particular Global is one of my favorites. Between my Chefs knife and this knife, they cover 95% of my work in the kitchen. This is a great vegetable knife for slicing, but will rock chop as well. Just keep in mind this is not a Chefs knife, and should not be used as such. I will never use this knife to break down a chicken. However, if you want to power through some vegetable prep with ease, this is your knife.
