I like these grips.

The grip slide on about half way with ease, then locked up and that was a she wrote. Had to cut it off and threw it away. I have installed many grips and this never has happened.

I use winn excel grips. I bought one of these, just to try it. The glue hadnt dried before I took it off. Compared to my old used grips, these feel like they have baby powder on them, very slick. Not for me, you may have different luck. If you like a very tacky grip these arent for you.
