Golf Sports Tape For Hands and Fingers

These suckers are fantastic. I purchased a roll in mid season, and have used them 3-4 times a week on 3 fingers that I am prone to getting blisters. While they do not completely eliminate getting blisters, they have definitely lessened the amount of them. I find myself being able to get through long range sessions without having any pain (sometimes hitting over 150 balls, yes I am crazy). They do come off sticky however, which isnt a bad thing as it helps them stay on, but can be painful if they are applied to a blister that has not fully closed. I have ripped a few blisters open again with these, but I dont think that is a product flaw, just something to point out.

I know BirdieWrap is a golfers tape, but my junior tennis player has been using it and its fantastic! Ive tried so many different blister tape, wrap, bandage, etc. options for my childs finger blisters but BirdieWrap has been the favorite. Yes, its a bit pricier than traditional white athletic tape, but the fact that its pre-cut, the fabric is soft & stretchy, AND it stays put through 2-3+ hours of intense practice or match play make it worth the cost. Highly recommended!

Great for probably all sports except rock climbing (indoor). Adhesion was great and stuck well around fingers and to the tapes itself. Tape was solid and easy to apply. Loved that they were pre-cut. Unfortunately for my needs with rock climbing they stretched too easily and rubbed off the adhesion spot I needed them to stay on. But if a need for a stretchy finger tape arrises I will absolutely use this stuff! Will be keeping because its almost like mini KT tape for fingers or even toes.

My husband lives to golf and loves this tape!

I don’t wear golf gloves, so my fingers might be more prone to the wear and tear of swinging golf clubs. I have a couple of fingers that get blisters/cuts if I don’t cover them. I was using band aids and medical tape, which worked okay, but was fairly stiff. I ran across the BirdieWrap when I was looking for new golf tape for my fingers. The BirdieTape works great - easy to put on and take off, good adhesion, durability and flexibility. I use the BirdieTape and have no problems with blisters or cuts on my fingers.

Super soft and easy to apply. Material stretches well for a golf grip and the adhesive stays for the enter round plus range session!

BirdieWrap was recommended to me.......I typically get blisters on my fingers during a round. This tape has worked great in preventing them. Highly recommended!
