Golf Sports Tape For Hands and Fingers

I’ve tried many of golf tapes, but this is by far the best I have tried. It doesn’t bunch up on my fingers and it does not hurt to take off.

Just played a round in 50 degrees, pouring rain. This stuff sticks. Fantastic tape. I love how I don’t have to worry about cutting it, already ready to go, just pull apart and stick. Won’t use anything else ever again. Best tape in the game.

I’m just starting to get into golf and realized the way I was holding my clubs were giving me major blisters on both my thumbs. My local golf store had some generic wrap tape but it was so clunky and didn’t stick well so I went on Amazon and found this product. It is very stretchy, thin, and comfortable. I can barely feel it with my glove on. My only complaint is that it doesn’t stick super well to the skin. After golfing, my tape always moves down so I always have to place it higher than the area I want it to be. Other than that, I use this product religiously and has definitely helped with preventing blisters on my fingers.

I know BirdieWrap is a golfers tape, but my junior tennis player has been using it and its fantastic! Ive tried so many different blister tape, wrap, bandage, etc. options for my childs finger blisters but BirdieWrap has been the favorite. The convenience of the strips being pre-cut is an absolute game changer and the flexibility makes it comfortable to wear. Other tape tends to loose adhesion quickly, but BirdieWrap stays put for an entire round. I love this wrap. Had been using band aids and medical tape over the years. Both were uncomfortable and didnt work very well. BirdieWrap is awesome. Stays in place and stretches to allow for comfort while gripping the club. I no longer get blisters on my fingers from playing golf.

So I have had two trigger finger surgery and probably a third in the near future. Putting this wrap on my finger makes it tolerable to swing a club.
