> 3 dayGreat for probably all sports except rock climbing (indoor). Adhesion was great and stuck well around fingers and to the tapes itself. Tape was solid and easy to apply. Loved that they were pre-cut. Unfortunately for my needs with rock climbing they stretched too easily and rubbed off the adhesion spot I needed them to stay on. But if a need for a stretchy finger tape arrises I will absolutely use this stuff! Will be keeping because its almost like mini KT tape for fingers or even toes.

05-06-2025The convenience of the strips being pre-cut is an absolute game changer and the flexibility makes it comfortable to wear. Other tape tends to loose adhesion quickly, but BirdieWrap stays put for an entire round. BirdieWrap was purchased for my husband to use for golf, but I have also found it useful for my tennis game with the strip lasting an entire match. Great product with multiple uses.
