> 3 dayI was hesitant to buy a phone off Amazon but it definitely was worth it! So much cheaper than going through a carrier and the exact same phone.

> 3 dayThe phone that was received was in great condition. Looks like a new product. However, the charger that I got was pretty much crap, it takes a long time to charge and drains out relatively quick. I hope the battery is fine, I got the new original charger though. Overall, the product received is very good, as explained.

> 3 dayBad experience ordering this. I ordered an unlocked phone and got a phone with a sim inside it. Spent a lot of time getting this issue resolved. After this was eventually resolved, I discovered that the microphone on the device did not work. I tried getting that resolved and finally when it was found to be faulty hardware, I had to return it. Hope this doesnt repeat.

Greater than one weekUpgraded from an essential ph-1. Well worth the price. Stock Android without any overhauls to the software. Gets updated regularly. Excellent camera. Favorite phone Ive ever owned.

> 3 dayOverall Im happy with it. Its a lot faster than its predecessor, a Motorola G7. The camera is awesome, a word I try to avoid. The screen is nice enough for watching brief videos in a horizontal position. So why not the fifth star? Well Google had to get cute by leaving out an ad card. Yes I have 128 gig of on board memory, and yes a lot of manufacturers are crippling the use of the SD, heres to you Samsung! The whole point of Android was to be brand agnostic. So much for ideals versus cupidity. So, a bunch of videos to be viewed via usb C to HDMIA on a monitor. Uh uh. Essentially crippled. Put everything in the cloud and charge for it. And make sure that your stuff is always available to the snoops. Im grateful for the cheapo cost on a discontinued model, but depressed about the metasticizing tentacles wrapping around what was supposed to be device that would free us.

> 3 dayFor the first year or so, aside from having a battery life that only lasted for a few hours even at full charge, the phone worked alright. However, after the first year, apps would start freezing randomly and eventually get to the point that it would just turn off altogether Sometimes, even during a phone call, my phone would lag out, and then eventually turn off and immediately boot back up. This also conveniently started happening right after the one year google warranty ended. I would look elsewhere.

> 3 dayLove this phone. And for $600? What a steal compared to the iPhone XS Max I used previously. Only complaint compared to the iPhone is the battery life, but it gets through a day. Also I am probably playing with the phone a lot more since I am setting it up and testing it out, so I will update the review later with regard to the battery. Its super quick, love the lack of any carrier branding and bloatware. Camera is phenomenal. Reception is great.

Greater than one weekIts unlocked so you can use any US carrier SIM. Camera is great indoors and evening low light condition, intelligent and not saturate f by default like my old Note, just doesnt have telephoto. It has hardware level security and super fast everything...charging (USB C), power on and off, procrssing. Easy access to quick options with swipe down including brightness and battery saver mode. I used to have iPhone and even latest ones you have to go into the phone Settings to adjust brightness. Google Assistant can also adjust brightness when going from indoor to outdoor this helps including when dtiving for hands free control.
