> 3 dayHave no issues w/ this phone! Did so much research for an Android phone (was thinking iphone, but there just way too overpriced) and settled on this one because of reviews and price points. Better than i bargained for! Will be sticking w/ the Pixel products in the future.

> 3 dayPerfect. Yes, came with a Verizon sim card but popped it out, put in my T Mobile sim card from my old Pixel and...worked perfectly. Seamless, infact. Arrived new in box with Pixel buds.

> 3 dayWhere to start? After one month of ownership, the screen went yellow, so I follow all of the troubleshooting and check all the forums. Not night mode, always lived in a case, so I finally start a factory reset. The screen goes black and never comes back! At this point Im past the Amazon return time, and Google is giving me the run around for two weeks! (Update, they sent RMA instructions yesterday) Unfortunately Ive had a 3a just go out in the last two weeks as well, and neither of my pixel 2/2xl are functioning either.

> 3 dayThe phone that was received was in great condition. Looks like a new product. However, the charger that I got was pretty much crap, it takes a long time to charge and drains out relatively quick. I hope the battery is fine, I got the new original charger though. Overall, the product received is very good, as explained.

Greater than one weekI bought a Pixel 3 XL from Google when it first launched and had been using it up until it bit the dust a few weeks ago. I decided to buy a refurbished unit from Amazon to hold me over until this years new Pixel is released and Im glad I did. It is almost in new condition and everything works beautifully. Make sure to buy refurbished units from Amazon directly and not another seller - I made that mistake first and it was clearly a stolen phone that had been modified. I returned it and got this one. No problems at all!

Greater than one weekGoing from the 2XL to the 3XL was a good move (the 2XL died). The battery life, camera, and speakers are all better; most especially the speakers.

> 3 dayThe seller was amazing product arrived quickly and the product description was on point and accurate. I fell into the Pixel 3 XL because my Pixel 2 XL had a screen crack, Googles warranty company refused to accept my claim because of poor product management and some mix up with my IMEI numbers in the database. Google eventually came through and authorized me a full refund on my phone and the extended warranty program. Anyways, if you are coming from the Pixel 2 XL this isnt a huge leap and I would wait for the next gen model this October. But, if you are joining the Pixel family for the first time, the phone runs just a smooth as you would expect from a Pure Android Experience. You can customize your phone to your liking and take full advantage of the software experience that Google can provide with awesome Google assistant, Camara App, Call Screening, etc.. The Camara takes amazing photos and night shot is remarkable if you follow the Pixel line you probably already know this so I am not going to cover it much, but I will post a couple of pictures as an example. Pros: Pretty much everything Cons: Sometimes its sluggish during app switching, I am warming up to the notch, but still not quite a fan. I think Google needs to do a software update to black out the notch area, but utilize that unused screen space with notification data. Overall, love the phone. Its always nice to upgrade almost for free because of others mistakes. Google really needs to streamline its customer care departments and ensure that all departments talk to one another to ensure their customers are being taken care of. Although Google took care of me this time, it took over 20hrs of communication and almost a month to get the refund to make this purchase necessary. Bottom line, if you are new to the Pixel Family get this phone if you already have a previous generation Pixel wait for the release of the Pixel 4 :-) Happy Shopping

> 3 dayYou can use the Pixel 3 XL with any major carrier but I got tired of paying too much to AT&T and Verizon, and decided to try Google Fi (which costs me about $31 a month for my 800 MB of data). The only problem is that I think Google is fibbing a little bit with their Google Fi coverage map. They say that areas are well covered with 4G when in fact I suspect they are not. Im not a big talker and do not need my phone in a business capacity, so it is fine, but I would highly recommend you check your exactly area carefully and consult others, before deciding if you wish to go with Google Fi. Hardware wise, the Pixel 3 XL is da ####. I enjoy a very clean operating system and except for a few Google apps that are mandatory, the 3 XL is a fairly clean and lightweight installation that gets updated frequently. If it were not for the Google Fi gaps in coverage in my area, I would rate the 3 XL as five stars.
