The brackets are great ,but the screws are subpar so only 4 stars. Definitely worth it though.

I was impressed by the quality of the included coating screws, which are rust-resistant and provide a secure hold for the railing. The black color of the brackets gives a sleek and modern look to my deck, and I appreciate that they blend seamlessly with the rest of my outdoor decor. Overall, I highly recommend these Goovilla Deck Railing Bracket Connectors to anyone looking for a reliable and easy-to-install solution for their deck or stair railing needs. They have exceeded my expectations and made my deck a safer and more enjoyable space to relax and entertain.

I was impressed by the set I got. The 20 pc package comes out to $0.94 apiece. Thats a bargain if they do the job and these look to me to be very good quality nylon hangers. Ive bought brackets like these before that were at least 3X the price. Virtually identical (except for color). Same screw holes and color matched screws. These make building a railing easy and sturdy. And these look to have deeper pockets for the 2x4s so they should work great. The material is a hard nylon. I used a lot of nylon in various designs and its the perfect material for this application. They will outlast me.

I ordered these because we are redoing a beach cottage and needed to have a deck that can withstand the elements. These brackets are well made and have a good powder coat of black matte paint on them. Our deck will look really sharp with these accents. I would highly recommend these brackets for your decking!

I ordered these brackets for an upcoming Spring project and they appear to be a quality product. They should simplify the construction and are exactly what I needed. Cant wait to use them! If I encounter any problems, Ill be sure to update this review, but I dont anticipate any!

Im in the process of updating our front porch. I figured the 20 pack would be enough but I only counted the top rail - learn from my mistake... These are a hard plastic. I think youd strip the wood before you cracked one of these mounting the screw. They make it very easy to install the rails vs trying to toenail which is a bad look anyway. I tried different pieces of scrap wood. Some need to be trimmed, others may require a little caulking but thats the nature of lumber... I may paint them but it will be best before mounting them. Overall, will make my job easier.

These seem sturdy, well made, and easy to use. I am going to have to redo all my deck railings this summer as they are rotting, and this is definitely going to make the process easier. I like that theyre nylon since that means they cant rust.

So far so good on these. The nylon feels pretty tough, I am hoping they hold up to the Sun, but at less than a buck a pop if they last 5 years probably worth it. The included screws have a good uniform coating on a square / roberts drive, so they are more strip resistant than phillips screws. I am installing these on a playset to do some inset railings. They have a slim profile , but the measuring will be a little more involved and have to be closer to perfect since you have to put the 2x4 into the brackets before putting them up. Its not a big deal though, take your measurement then subtract 2x base plate thickness then cut 1n additional ¼” or 6mm then it should work. The downside here is there are zero instructions. Not bad instruction, just nothing. I get that most people who are buying brackets like this probably know what they are doing, but just 1 page with measurements and instructions would help diy/homeowner people trying to fix just a single rail.
