The Go Sports Blocking Pad is great for basketball contacts drills. I use it to practice taking a hit from a defender when driving to the hoop. This product is very durable. It still has no cracks or scratches even after I dropped it on the pavement of my driveway many times. The Go Sports Contact pad is also mostly easy to hold except I wish there where a few more handles on the side. This product is a great product and I recommend this to anyone looking to buy it.
