I am teaching my son karate and self defense. This is a perfect tool in giving him a target and a way for me to whack him without hurting him. For the price, I was very satisfied.

We ordered this for my husband to use to practice some of my sons martial arts skills between lessons. This has been great and makes it really fun for both of them since neither need to worry about getting hurt! My daughter (6) also likes to practice some of her tumbling skills on top of it - definitely would be too small for most to do this but it speaks to its durability for lots of uses! :)

A little too stiff of foam

It is the same one my kid uses in football practice. Great quality. I expect to be able to use it for years to come to protect myself from my kid. In the off-season I plan to put in between me and my wife while we sleep. No more cuddling.
